I saw this in about half the blogs I read, so I thought I'd try it!
Concept is to load all your electronic music into a player of choice, and have it play a random song to answer a particular question. I've just loaded my 3,859 mp3z into Winamp and here I go!

  • Comment: Kinda' slow for dancing. But I do like loungin' in general!

  • Comment: Well now I sound like a greedy bastard! Sometimes I'm like that with food.

  • Comment: Hmm, a song about sellin' coke. OK. I prefer diet cherry.

  • Comment: Well that term went out with the 80s, but yeah, I like Fly Girlz. Or perhaps just Flies. *shrug*

  • Comment: Yes, I am the only one in my house.

I Knight Thee....

The contest is over. Over a month ago, I asked for feedback on naming/describing this blog, and received approximately eight ideas. I ended up with a mix from the ideas and from my own brain. Let me know what you think of the name and the description!

I also added a couple new sections on the right for progress and definition of Mojo.

WI Cheer and Mass Consumption

WI was incredible! Even though I showed maintain last night, I ended up 3lbs down from my last WI Woo Hoo! I'm into the 180s and I'd like to NEVER be back into the 190s again. Okay now that I've said that, I'm probably in the 190s now. I had my normal post-WI flex point sacrificial offering. The WW gods have accepted my gift as illustrated below. It ain't pretty but at least I'm writing it down!

I biked! I ran! And yes, I feel good. I'm going to WI tomorrow even though my IM showed a big M from 2 weeks ago. Alas, I've earned it. BUT what I do from here into the future is all under my control. And so I'm going to WI!

Helping Hand up to the Wagon

Yes I'm a passenger, at least today. I was helped onto the wagon today by a friend asking me how many points I'd had - at the precise moment when I was about to go over points.
So I journal, I blog, I post, and then on Friday I WI. I'm taking control of this weight loss journey again!

Focus

Hello,
I feel a strong focus on not overeating. Something I have not felt lately. Had a great talk on Monday with like-minded people. I've set a goal of getting under my WW goal of 179 by June. That's 12 lbs in two months. Doable.
