Helping Hand up to the Wagon

Yes I'm a passenger, at least today. I was helped onto the wagon today by a friend asking me how many points I'd had - at the precise moment when I was about to go over points.
So I journal, I blog, I post, and then on Friday I WI. I'm taking control of this weight loss journey again!
