Hello,
Journal for today below. I worked 11 hours and skipped lunch so unfortunately I'm eating all this from 8-9PM.

1 coffee
1 apple

4 potato salad
3.5 can of corn
2 can of mixed veges
0 grape tomats
2 FA hot dogs w/ SF sweet relish + mustard
4.2 bag of magic banana crisps

Water 24 so far oz (target 80)

Demanifestation

Well either I need to start posting here more, or add the letters "De" to the blog title! Actually I've been very busy maintaining my weight, while trying to lose. It helps that I've had a couple weekends in a row with some great physical activity. Last weekend I biked 200 miles (MS150). And this weekend I participated in a 4mile run (Camelback) and played tennis.

So the next step is getting the food under some level of control - and the weight will start to go down. I'm journaling now as it's 10:15PM and I keep thinking about eating!

Well that helped, as clearly I don't need to be eating anything with my points target at 24! If I eat, I gain. So I stop.

Hmm, maybe I should journal more often. It's a concept. I still have the lakehouse goal of maintaining, but first I need to get to goal. I didn't make the first two dates I picked to achieve that, so I set a new date. I'm still the same 12 or so lbs above goal. I think that is doable by the end of July.
