Kensington Run

Hello,

Finally got some exercise in today after NONE for three weeks! I went to Kensington Metropark and ran 4.5 miles of their trail. I usually apply a 1.5x multiplier to any distance there, as there are literally no portions of the trail that are flat - all hills, and big ones! So I'm counting it as a little over 6 miles. Gorgeous place to run though, and it was just warm enough to be comfortable.

Foodstuffs Consumed:
1 coffee

3 laughing cow cheese cubes
5 SO Fett Alf
2 apples

2 apple w/ PB
3 PBJ
2 Balance Choc/Caramel 100cal bar
3.5 TJs Tomato Soup with FA meatballz, onions, sun-dried tomats
3 PBJ

Total pts 24.5 (target 24)
Water 60oz (target 80)

Less Pig, More Goat

Hello,

I'm am attempting to get my brain wrapped around the large MoJo push I need to have a successful Flying Pig. This involves eating less like a pig, and running like a goat. So I'm one for two today: OP eating-wise but that's coming off a high point weekend where I'm sure I gained more weight.

So plan is to run in the AM before work. The plan was also to get to sleep by Midnight but that just did not happen. We shall see what happens in the morning!

Total pts 26 (target ~30)
Water oz 55 (target 80)

Return to WW, Mojo Renewed

Went back to a weight watchers meeting today! It's been a few months since my last visit, but the goal today was to get plugged back in to weekly meetings, and get the new material. WW changed their program a month or two back, including how you calculate your Points Target (how much you can eat everyday). Well as it turns out, my target went from 24 to 32! I can eat 33% more and lose weight - because it says so in their book!

OK, in reality I feel there is no f'ing way I can lose weight eating that much food (~1900 calories) - based on past experience. So here is what I'm going to do: eat 30 pts a day and try to avoid any weekly points allowance (you get 35 total). I've started journaling today and am taking in vast amounts of water. I have 3 months till the flying pig - it's time to get the weight off and running miles up!
