Focus

Hello,
I feel a strong focus on not overeating. Something I have not felt lately. Had a great talk on Monday with like-minded people. I've set a goal of getting under my WW goal of 179 by June. That's 12 lbs in two months. Doable.

Here's how I've been eating.
Wednesday
2 coffee
6 snack cakes and granola bars

2 apples

8 veg lasagna
2 veges
2 green beans w/ oil
12 jack&diet cokes, light beer

Total pts 34 (target 24) -Pool APs?
Water oz 45 (target 80)

Thursday
2.5 WW snack cakes

7 salad with feta chs and dressing
3.5 peaches

expected dinner
8 alcohol
-4 Run 6 miles

Total pts (target 24)
Water oz 30 (target 80)

You can do this! It's good to see you back to updating your blog. It was getting boring seeing that same old March 12 entry all the time. ;-)
