It's Race Time

Greeting Mojo Purveyors!
This is it! Tomorrow is the Detroit Free-Press Marathon/Half-Marathon that I've been training for. Unfortunately, mother nature is NOT cooperating - expecting temps in the mid-30s with winds in the 20MPH range! That is absolutely going to suck large male animal organs! Part of the course takes us into Windsor, Ontario, Canada over a bridge. Friends are coming into town to cheer me on, so that will be fun. My friend Kris is also coming into town to run the half marathon - her second. It will be my sixth. Will not be anywhere near my PR however - see prior MM posts below for many reasons why!

Monday and Mojo Man Returns to tha Blogosphere

Ran yesterday and didn't dip into APs much. So I went over points a bit tonight. I'm hoping I can do a workout video b4 sleep to make up for it!
