I've been mulling over my running goals and what weight I need to get to. I'm getting close to setting some fairly lofty goals for 2007. This NEEDS to lead to getting in the right mindset for me to have any chance of success. Goals and Mojo over nine month periods are tough though. Still more mulling to do before I list them out here. Here is my OP journal from Friday. Hope to post one later for today!
