No exercise today, but plan to run 8 tomorrow. That will be huge if I can do 16 in two days. If that goes well, I'll target Sunday for a 10 miler - hopefully I can find the time. I'll be in my hometime so I might try to run through my old 'hood. Only a couple weeks left for hardcore training - don't know yet if I can get to the point of being able to get back to my pace from last year (~9:50) before the halfs (halves?)

I'm happy to report I'm OP today, ridin' the wave from yesterday! I didn't go run, but plan on 8 miles with my running group tomorrow. On to the food journal:

Nothing to see here

Hello. Yeah you, that's right I can see you. What are you starin' at? The Mojo accident scene at the side of the road? Are you a Mojo-gawker? A Mojawker? Well guess what, there is very little damage and I'm gettin' this car off tha shoulder! Funniest thing happened. I got an email that really pissed me off. Friend/family that basically was not being supportive of me and instead causing me grief. So I fire off this big email to them, including how I struggle with emotional eating and how they are definitely not helping in that area. Then after the email is sent, and I'm expecting a strong desire to eat...I instead get a HUGE burst of Mojo. I actually started to go out and run, but then realized that I had just had a huge dinner and that would not be a good idea!

So. At least tonight, at this moment, I am back. After a decently OP weekend golf trip up to Northern Michigan, I find myself at 195 lbs. with only 6 weeks to a half marathon. No new goals right now, I'm taking it a day at a time.
