More Food, More Running

Well I ran and did a step class on Monday, and I plan to at least go running today. My new shoes felt good after about a mile so I'm going to keep that model. I surprisingly went out for lunch today (I usually limit to once/week) and did well in making good choices. I'm in a bit of a detox after having a run in with choc cvrd soy nuts yesterday.

~7 Lettuce wrapped Veggie Pita, minus pita
.5 Big-ass salad
1.5 FF Italian dressing
0 pickle spear

Hmmm....it's MUCH later as it is already Wednesday evening. Yet, oddly, there have been no more updates as were promised.
